Where can I get a loan to open up a agriculture supply center for small farmers and residential gardeners?

I want to sell things like seeds, fruit trees, beekeeping supplies, hand tools, roto-tillers Etc. Not big stuff for commercial farmers. I figure with the energy crisis and its affects on the availability of food. I would be able to make money from selling things people will need to grow their own food.
I am unemployed and looking for a self employment business.

  1. A bank. All banks do commercial loans.

  2. If you have a good business plan, most banks make small business loans. Also, the SBA, Small Business Administration, not only makes loans but has people that can help at no charge in making your business plan. They also have grants for small businesses.

  3. You need cash to start your business. The more cash you have today, the more they will loan you. That sounds weird but it makes sense. Call the US Dept of Agriculture. They have some programs to get you started. /
