What sex are worker bees?

I know there is a queen (special female ) bee and drone (male) bees in a honey bee hive.
If they are females why are’t they queen bees? What kind of female bees are they?
Better go back and repeat that science class.

  2. I think they are all males.

  4. Female.

Any ordinary female grub will become a worker if fed honey and a queen if fed royal jelly, as far as I remember.
