I felt this way throughout much of high school. The answer for me was Runescape! I suggest trying it out, it’s always exciting and new even after hundreds of hours!
Take up air soft. Buy a cheap gun and start playing. Its really unpredictable, and like playing a first person shooter IRL without the gunshot wounds. People will sneak up behind you all the time and scare you. CQB matches are especially fun because you never know where people might hide.
