What can i do to spice up my life?

hey, so for the last few monthes, I have realized that my life has become very predictable and I constantly find myself bored. i am a grade 12 student in highschool, and my last semester was tough so the predictability of my life may have helped to ease me through it, but now that it is over, I just don’t know what to do so I don’t feel so bored all the time. Starting this saturday, I will be playing mini soccer indoor once a week so that is great and I have a much lighter course load (only one class that I NEED (english) and one academic that I want (French)) but I fear that I will fall into my habits of last semester of just mindless time wasting and waiting for weeks to pass. This is especially a problem because I have two spares. In one i plan to take a PE class but not for credits (I LOVE all physical activity) and in the other i just dunno what i will do. i was consitering taking a dance class as i am very self conscious about people watching me dance etc but I have always wanted to do it. i also feel that this would put me just enough outside of my comfort zone that it breaks up the boredom, but what else can I do to spice up my life? in the spring I will be working at my seasonal summer job as much as possible (which I love… beekeeping! (also something that put me out of my comfort zone that I love)) but untill that starts, I need a hobby…!

  1. I felt this way throughout much of high school. The answer for me was Runescape! I suggest trying it out, it’s always exciting and new even after hundreds of hours!

  2. Take up air soft. Buy a cheap gun and start playing. Its really unpredictable, and like playing a first person shooter IRL without the gunshot wounds. People will sneak up behind you all the time and scare you. CQB matches are especially fun because you never know where people might hide.
