I breed exotic birds as a hobby, in the nest (box) of a pair of Toucans
a bee hive is trying to move in the box. There are hundreds of bees.
What can I do to remove or kill all the bees?

Call exterminators. Or you could get an atomic bomb and blow them up, but I like the first choice better.

I dont know what state you live in, if texas call Newsome’s varmits, if not then call either your county Agricuilture officer or a beekeeper in your area, the beekeeper will either give you advice on it, or he will either come out or know a person that will come out and safely remove the nest and the queen. Removing the queen is eesential, its a damn shame taht some people just go out and spray a flammable liquid on the nest/hive and then light it on fire. But either your county Ag extension agent or a local beekeeper, if you get a beekeeper, and they remove the nest he may give you any honey that is inside. Good luck

This is more of a story than an answer, but it might give you ideas.
One Day my dad opened the grill and bees came flying out and he saw a bee hive. Then he ran inside, and came back with a broom. He started hitting the bees. You Don’t want to know what happened next.
CAUTION:IF I WERE YOU DON’T TRY THAT AT HOME

REMOVE THE TOUCANS AND ALL BIRDS BEFORE TRYING TO ERADICATE BEES.
Birds can die from the venom injected by bees and cannot handle the fumes from sprays, wasp/hornet/bee killers or any kind of fumigation. You may need to get professionals with proper equipment to keep from getting stung to go in and help remove the birds and the bees nest- depending on the kind of bee, this may be harmful to your health as well. Call your city or county, or state Agurcultural Department to see if there is a way the may help you- these are “natural” pests and there are ways of killing them that may be against ordinances and regulations.

If you can find a beekeeper in your area, they usually will come take them away for you for free. They make their money from the honey that the bees produce…if they are honey bees that is. If not, I highly recommend that you call as pest control service before trying anything yourself, because the bees can kill you if they sting you enough times.
Been there, done that

build a fire under the bee hive and the smoke will make the bees asleep and move them somehow.
