  1. I wouldn’t try the Diet Pills. As soon as you stop taking them you gain the weight back. Besides Diet Pills just boost your energy level to push you through your work-out. If you are looking for a pill to give you energy you are better off taking “Vivarian” (caffeine pills) you get the same effect with the fraction of the price. Trust Me on That. Also, My Dr. recommended the Medifast Diet. It teaches you to eat 5-6 Small meals a day, every 2-3 hours to speed up your metabolism and you lose weight quickly and healthy with very little exercise. I lost 26 lbs. so far. I can geive you the number and stuff. Just e-mail me at lovejae247@yahoo.com

  2. They are all oils, waxes and emollients. There is nothing there that will help you lose weight, trust me on this. The only reason they are in the pills is because they are completely inert, so they won’t hurt you and you can’t sue the manufacturer.

Girlfriend, I used them all natural and synthetic, pills Don’t work. Until they follow and show an obese person who’s used a diet pill, on tv, then I’ll buy em.
