I have bees in my backyard. How can I get rid of them?

I wanted to plant a trap with some syrup or honey in a bag and then close the bag trapping them and then beat the bag with my shoe and take them out of commish. But then I got scared cause I saw their were more than two. I am thinkin their could be a hive maybe. Couple of weeks ago I tore out a tree shrub cause they were always hangin out their but now they are still hanging out by another small tree. Their is a particular black one that just hovers around right in front of my backyard and it makes me so mad cause he’s always their.

But anyway, what Can I do?? How can I get rid of them??

Later this summer, I’ll be doing a big landscaping project in my backyard and replacing grass/trees with concrete and/or brick.
