For example, I was in Kunming in south China a few years back and had fried bees — which, of course, isn’t strange to them, just strange to me.
So the question is entirely relative to your own experience.
Be as specific as you can — which kind of animal/plant, what part of it, etc. For example, shark fin soup is actually very good and considered a huge delicacy in Chinese cuisine.
