How do I get bees into my Garden!?
I just recently planted a vegetable garden and I have quite a few plants. I have watermelons, cantaloupe, pumpkin, and zucchini plants all of these require bees to pollinate them and there is absolutely no bees. It is early in the season but i have had several opratunites for zuchinnis to be pollinated however there has been no fruit. Yes i made sure they were male and female plants. I did have one and that was from hand pollination. Is there any way i could bring bees into my garden. Maybe there is a small beekeeping house or something just help P:LEASE.

Is it too late in the season to start beekeeping? I live in Oklahoma?
My biggest concern is that I am looking at the first part of June to get the hive/equipment & bees. I am afraid they will not have enough time to make a sufficient food supply for themselves for winter.
I am interested in becoming a migratory bee keeper for a season, what does the job pay.?
I am living in Denver CO, and am looking for work next year in 2007. any links to local beekeepers who are looking to hire will be greatly appricated. My experence is as follows. I started keeping bees at the age of 12,no one else in my famly has a back ground in the industry,so everything I know is self taught. I have recently gotten back into hobby beekeeping after a four year enlistment in the Army. I am 23 years old and used to doing hard physical labor in the heat. (Iraq, korea,georga,colorado,south carolina,and lousinana, to name some of the warmer places that I have been stationed)
