I recently posted a question about weight gain. Now, I’ve mapped out my meal per day. Again, I’m 5’5″ and weight 110lbs.
1 bowl of cereal, milk and honey bee for breakfast
1 rice crispy bar
1 doritos/potato chip
1 meatpie or cheese hamburger, juice, 1 potato chip for lunch
1 ice cream bar (vanilla, Hagen Dazs)
1 potato chip
1 bowl of cereal with milk and honey
1 dinner with (meat or chicken, rice, vegetables, soups)
1 rice krispy
1 bowl of cereal with milk and honey
As you’ve noticed, I like cereal with milk and honey. Do you think I can eat whatever I like and not exercise at all, so I can gain 20lbs in 2 months? Please advice or adjust my meal plan. Thanks a million.
