Does anyone have a good alternative to using Sudafed for allergies?

I’ve been diagnosed with an enlarged prostate and sudafed tends to make that problem worse. I’ve seen that Thumus Extracts and Quercetin are suppose to be good for allergies, also bee pollen. Anybody had any luck with this? Thanks…
